Speech Postings for Prelim Rounds are now available.

Everything will be based out of Houston Hall (2nd floor judges lounge & ballot table/tab; 1st floor hangout space).

ALL events will base out of Houston (Debate, Congress, Speech).

Extemp Draw will be in Houston Hall of Flags and begins at 9:00 AM.
